Recipe for butter cake
Follow above ingredients and method for chocklet cake with out 2 table spoon of chocklet powder
Recipe for Chocklet cake
Ingredients (For 1kg)
- 250g flour
- 250g suger
- 250g magarin
- 4 eggs
- 2 tea spoon vanila
- 2 tea spoon baking powder
- 2 table spoon chocklet powder
Method
- Seperate egg yalk and white part
- Beat white part seperatly untill somewhat thick
- Beat egg yalk,magarin and suger very well(add egg yalk in 3 times)
- Remove 2 table spoon of flour and add 2 table spoon of chocklet powder.after that mix this mixture with 2 tea spoon of chocklet powder.
- Beat above3 and 4 with 2 tea spoon of vanila and beated white part of egg(add white part of egg at 3 times)
- Bake the mixture in 180 celcius ,1hr
